We have stayed at the Tropicana before and we do love the idea of not ever having to leave the building. We did get a nice long walk in on the boardwalk which we do enjoy, but mostly we stayed at the Tropicana and ate there as well. We were very impressed with all of the restaurant selections and the food was actually very very good. I would definitely stay here again, but the rooms or at least our room was showing a good deal of wear and tear, but it was very clean. The rooms do need updating.

Went to wine and bar restaurant for dinner and food was delicious. However it would be nice if there were a few places open later instead of closing early. Also went to the burger place after 9pm which was the only food court open till 3am. Hamburgers were delicious. I miss the old fashioned slot machines and learned 5 dollars to start off with slots not 1 dollar as some other hotels have. But overall no complaints. I would definitely come back.
